<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a human interferon-gamma (HuIFN-gamma) same as the natural-type HuIFN-gamma, by introducing the nucleus DNA sequence of HuIFN-gamma to a cultured human cell resistant to HuIFN-gamma, and culturing the resultant transformation cell. CONSTITUTION:A human-originated cultured cell resistant to HuIFN-gamma, or a mutant strain resistant to HuIFN-gamma, is transformed with a nucleus DNA sequence coding the HuIFN-gamma and cloned from human DNA to obtain the titled HuIFN-gamma. A HuIFN-gamma-producing strain which can be subcultured, can be produced from any human-originated culture cells, and a natural-type HuIFN-gamma having high safety can be obtained.</p> |
