<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a card easily and to improve productivity by using a sprocket hole aiming at a positioning and a transport, forming respective films, and connecting an electric conductor layer, which is formed at the front and backfill, through a connecting hole by conductive adhesives. CONSTITUTION:A core film D is put into a core film hole 16 and adhesives 9 stuck to a spacer film B is made thermally active and applied. In the condition, avoiding a connecting hole 17 and a connecting terminal pat 25 of the core film D, adhesives 30 bonding a front film A are formed by a screen printing method. Further, into the connecting hole 17, conductive adhesives 29 to electrically connect respective electric conductor layers 2 and 19 of a back film C and the front film A are put by a dispenser. At this time, considering thickness of adhesives 30, a quantity of the adhesives 29 is adjusted. Next, while the front film A is cut to a necessary length and a carrier hole 3 and a carrier hole 20 are matched, laminating is executed. The film is cut at the cutting line 31 and the card shown in the figure is obtained.</p> |
