PURPOSE:To form a highly accurate spherical lens easily by using a hole formed in a substance on the basis of the expansion of gas as a mold to form a concave body and forming a piezo-electric thin film on the concave body. CONSTITUTION:A quartz glass plate having proper shape size and including a bubble is ground from one side up to a position near the equatorial surface of the bubble and finished with a prescribed size to form the original mold 18 of a lens. After embedding the lens original mold 18 in a substance 19, the mold substance 19 is hardened and then the mold 18 is separated from the substance 19 to form a mold. A substance consisting of glass carbon is poured into the mold and heated preliminarily from the room temperature to 80 deg.C in air at the rate of 0.5 deg.C/min. Then the glass carbon is taken out and heated up to 1,300-2,500 deg.C in air and the surface of a copied article 20 of the complete ly glass-carbonated spherical lens is coated with a metal plating 21 having prescribed thickness. Then the copied article 20 and the metal plating are sepa rated each other and a piezo-electric thin film and an electrode are fitted to the case 21 to form the spherical lens. |
