PURPOSE:To provide a pressure-casting device which reduces the size of the device and simplifies the device and can execute simultaneously the pressurization of a molten metal and the ejection of a product in an optimum position by actuating pressurizing pins and ejector pins with one pressing means and permitting at the same time the separate setting of the respective positions and number of the pressurizing pins and ejector pins. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal is poured by an injection cylinder 7 into a casting space 4 and an ejection cylinder 12 is actuated to advance the pressurizing pins 10 via a driving member 11 upon lapse of the prescribed time when the molten metal does not thoroughly solidify. The advancing pins stop when the pins contact with a movable member 13 fixing the member 11. The molten metal in the space 4 is pressurized as the pins 10 advance. The pressure casting is thus executed. A movable plate 5 is retreated to separate a movable molding flask 3 from a stationary molding flask 1 and the members 11 are again advanced by the cylinder 12 when the molten metal in the space 4 solidifies. The member 13 advances integrally and largely cooperatively with the member 11. The ejector pins 14 provided to the member 13 and the pins 10 provided to the member 11 advance integrally as well so that the pins 14 and the pins 10 eject the product from the space 4 inside. |
