PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and efficiency of transfer operation of perforated plate materials by sandwiching the perforated plate material between a magnet and a magnetic body to transfer said material between desired positions. CONSTITUTION:When a printed circuit substrate P is sandwiched and lifted by an electromagnet body 4 and a magnetic body 13, the magnetic body 13 being pushed up on a table 14 is projected by an operating arm 16 between rollers 11a to be placed thereon and rotated in the same direction as a roller of a resist exfoliating unit 1. Next, the substrate P is transferred from the unit 1 and when an end of the substrate P contacts a limit switch 18, it stops at the same position, the electromagnet body 4 transferred completely to the edging unit 2 side returns again to the same position and further descends onto the substrate P. Then, the electromagnet body 4 is excited and the substrate P is sandwiched by the electromagnet body 4 and the magnetic body 13. Next, the electromagnet body 4 is lifted, carried onto the roller 11b by the rotation of a feed screw 6 and lowered to shut off power supply and drop the magnetic body 13 onto a recovering section 17 so that the substrate P is released and placed on the roller 11b. |
