<p>N,N'-substd. 2-amino benzimidazole cpds. of formula (I), in which R1 and R2 can be various radicals, are made by reaction of an amine of formula (II) with a mercapto deriv. of formula (III), in which R3 is 1-5C alkyl, in an inert solvent in presence of a strong base, at b.pt. of the solvent.</p> |
