PURPOSE:To minimize an influence exerted on an incident position of a condenser lens by a shift of a laser optical axis generated at the time of a fine motion of a vector collector, by holding the vector collector by a working head in front of the collecting lens. CONSTITUTION:Laser light 19 oscillated from a laser oscillator 8 reaches a vector collector 9 through reflecting mirrors 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, and thereafter, is led to a condensing lens 15, and condensed on a material to be cut 17. In this case, the vector collector 9 is held in front of the condensing lens 15, therefore, even if the laser light 19 is shifted by a fine motion of the vector collector 9, an incident position on the condensing lens 15 is scarcely varied. |
