PURPOSE:To execute parallel processing and to improve processing speed of the programmable controller by modulating functions and connecting these mutually with a bus. CONSTITUTION:Functions of a programmable controller are divided into three blocks of a logic decoding module 10, an input output control module 11 and a communication control module 12. Respective modules 10-12 are composed of a control memory, CPU, etc., respectively as shown in the figure, connected mutually with a system bus 13 and necessary information is transferred in a minimum time. Further, when transfer of the data is not necessary between the modules 10-12, respective modules 10-12 are separated and an allotted processing is independently executed. The input output control module 11 and the communication control module 12 execute respective processings in parallel regardless of processing of the logic decoding module 10 and also mutually regardless of the section between both modules of an input output and a communication control. |
