PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of injuring O-ring by coupling a housing cylinder and terminal member which are respectively set with the O-rings by means of a cap nut via an intermediate cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The cap nut 14 is inserted onto the housing cylinder 10 and thereafter a cap nut engaging member 11 is screwed thereto and is fixed by a set screws 19. The O-ring 17 is set into the groove of the cylinder 10 and a knock pin 15 is set to the member 11. On the other hand, the O-ring and a knock pin 16 are also set to the terminal member 13. The intermediate cylinder 12 is fitted to the cylinder 10 and further the terminal member 13 is fitted to the cylinder 12 and thereafter the cap nut 14 is screwed to the terminal member 13 and is tightened up. Finally the nut 14 is fixed by a set screw 20 to the cylinder 10. Then, the O-ring 17, 18 slide simply in the axial direction and therefore the possibility of injuring the O-ring is eliminated. |
