The invention represents a device for the removal of liquid from opened glass and break ampoules. The device can be used mainly in the medical field. According to the present state of the art the liquid contents of opened glass and break ampoules are removed with the aid of disposable cannulas having a metal content. In the known disposable cannulas it is difficult to assess how the cannula tip is positioned in the ampoule, and this may lead to incomplete emptying of the ampoule. Removal of the known disposable cannula from the syringe cone is not always possible unaided. The device solves the technical problems in that the attachment piece of the device has a marking which permits complete emptying of the ampoule by optimum positioning of the tip of the device. The ribs and the flange-shaped annular structure on the attachment piece of the device facilitate separation of the device from the syringe cone. The device is intended exclusively for the removal of the liquid contents of opened ampoules and can be used wherever this process takes place.
