PURPOSE:To perform easily a fabrication work of belt and to prevent heat off track phenomenon due to the change of temperature by interposing a belt coiled elastic material between a middle part and one end part of steel belt, in a magnetic head moving structure. CONSTITUTION:A steel belt 12 driving an attached board in a magnetic head moving structure is wound around a pulley 5 rotated by a motor 4 the left edge thereof is fixed firmly to the board 12 by a screw 14, and a belt part 21A on a right side is fixed firmly on the board 12 with a screw 13 winding around C- shaped elastic material 22. The board 12 is moved right and left by rotation of a pulley 15 to make the head move. When the belt 21 is fixed firmly, it can be easily set by pulling the tip of the belt and bending the elastic material 22 so that fabrication work thereof is extremely easy. Besides, even if belt 21 and the board 12 are subjected to another heat expansion by the change of temperature, the stretch thereof is absorbed by an elastic material 21 and the off-track phenomenon can be prevented. |
