A machine for the conversion of an applied energy with regular revolutions per minute and torque into an outgoing pulsating energy. The converted energy drives a wheel (10) upon which are deployed axially projecting capstans (11) evenly distributed along a radius (18) on the wheel (10). A camshaft (12) extends at one end (12a) across the said radius (18) from a central axle (19) radially aligned with the wheel's (10) central axle (20). The camshaft's (12) other end (12b) works against a spring-loaded rack and pinion mechanism (13). This is designed to transfer power when some of the capstans (11) are engaged with the camshaft (12) and release the power when the capstans have passed the camshaft's end (12a).<IMAGE> |
