PURPOSE:To detect the concn. of chlorine ions simply by dipping an electrode into a material to be inspected (mixed concrete) by unitizing a reference electrode, indicating electrode and counter electrode to one body and adopting the reference electrode which is not affected by chlorine ions. CONSTITUTION:The reference electrode A is formed by coating a lead electrode 1 with lead sulfate 2, installing said electrode into a cylindrical body 3, dipping the electrode parts 1, 2 into a sulfate soln. 4 and closing the lower aperture of the cylindrical body with porous glass 5. The indicating electrode B is formed by coating a silver wire 6 with an 'Araldite(R)' resin 7 and installing the same into a protective tube 8. A filter 10 consisting of a metal or ceramics is freely attachably and detachably installed to the top end of the electrode part. The suction mechanism constituted by providing a cylinder 11 into the body, inserting a piston 13 connected to an operating rod 12 projected to the outside of the body D into the cylinder 11 and fixing a suction pipe 14 connected to the cylin der 11 together with the electrodes A, B by the resin 9 is provided. A suitable number of temp. sensors 15 and indicating electrodes B are fixed to the elec trode part by the resin 9. |
