PURPOSE:To diagnose a logic circuit quickly and accurately by comparing stored data of a tracer with output data of the logic circuit, to which this data is inputted, when an error occurs. CONSTITUTION:If an error occurs in a data processor 101 and this error is caused by a package 201, a controller 401 issues a diagnostic command or a switching circuit 4 is switched manually. Then, data 40 stored in a tracer 1 is inputted again to a logic circuit instead of input data 10 from the controller 401. The data processing using this data is performed in the logic circuit 2. Output data 20 is compared with data 41 stored in the tracer 1 by a comparing circuit 3, and a coincidence/disaccord detection output 30 is sent to the controller 401. The controller 401 diagnoses whether the logic circuit 2 of the package 201 is normal or not. |
