PURPOSE:To obtain complete shielding effect by a method wherein an auxiliary core of magnetic permeability material, which has both by-pass circuit and shield effect and is U shape, is bonded magnetically to periphery of an I and an E core. CONSTITUTION:A theta shape core 10 is formed confronting an E core 8 with an I core 9 and a U shape cutting-off section 11, 12 are formed respectively at central section of outside face of long side section. The core 10 constituted by laminating and confronting the U shape auxiliary core 13, 14 are disposed to periphery of the core 10 and the edge thereof 13a, 14a are bent inside, then the cutting-off section 11, 12 are bonded so as to cross at right angle in laminated direction of the core 8, 9 The auxiliary core 13, 14 forms by-pass magnetic circuit in an arrow direction passing periphery of the core 10 through the central magnet base thereof, also through large leakage magnetic flux is generated in an arrow A direction at a transformer, the direction of the said magnetic flux is shielded against the arrow direction. |
