PURPOSE:To intensify magnetic poles in the case of reducing a size and to render the arranggement of magnetic poles versatile by using a resin magnet having intense magnetic poles magnetized in multipolar anisotropic directions along the peripheral face and weak magnet poles magnetized in the different directions. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical resin magnet 10 is obtained by mixing particles of a magnetic material, such as ferrite or rare earth type, into a polymer, such as rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, or PVC, and molding this mixture is an extrusion mold provided with orienting yokes 11 in a magnetic field to form intense magnetic poles N1, N2, S1, and S2 oriented in multipolar anisotropic directions along the peripheral face to magnetize them at the same time, and then, a weak magnetic pole S3 is formed in a magnetizing step in the direction different from the multipolar anisotropic directions, thus permitting intense magntic poles to be obtained even in the case of reducing the size, and a magnet roll providable with versatilely arranged magnetic poles to be obtained. |
