PURPOSE:To obtain the best suitable screen plate to the printing with high position precision required for printed circuit boards, etc. by providing in advance a mesh for making micropores in a screen plate. CONSTITUTION:A tape 4 with silicon adhesive on 0.1-0.3mm.-thick aluminum base is stuck on the squeegee surface of a screen plate consisting of an aluminum screen plate frame 1, tetlon or stainless mesh non-printed area 2 and printed area 3, in a width of 30mm. or more at a position 0-100mm. from the plate frame 1 and 50-250mm. from the printed area 3. Then when the dimensions have extended, they will be corrected by making 0.5-1.0mm.-diameter micropores uniformly at 3-10mm. pitch on the tape in a direction of extension. The correction value should be adjusted by the number of micropores. When the dimensions have shrunk, they will be corrected by sticking a tape while stretching a mesh on the emulsion-applied surface after making the micropores. |
