PURPOSE:To contrive to improve steeply the welding strength by a method wherein the welding is performed in the manner that a ring-shaped interposing body is interposed between an outer cylinder of an evaporating pipe forming a evaporating chamber and a sheathed heater, than the whole thickness of a material is maintained under the same condition as an increased thickness of the ring-shaped interposing body. CONSTITUTION:In a burning device provided with an evaporating pipe, an injecting nozzle and a burner, the evaporating pipe evaporates a liquid fuel by a sheathed heater, the injecting nozzle injects an evaporated gas in the evaporating pipe, the burner burns a mixed gas and an air injected from the injecting nozzle. A collar part of a ring-shaped interposing body 8 with the collar is jointed to an end surface of an outer cylinder 1a, also the outer cylinder 1a and a sheathed heater 1c are welded at each end part thereof with an arc welding machine 9 under the condition that the small diameter part of the interposing body 8 is interposed between the outer cylinder 1a and the sheathed heater 1c, at this time, the interposing body 8 is melted simultaneously, accordingly, the three members, that is, the cylinder, the heater and the interposing body are formed integrally. Even when the cylinder and the heater are thin, the welding conditions can be allowed within some limited range. Thereby, the welding strength can be improved. |
