摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency and to reduce the manufacturing cost by providing two terminal boards having a coolant passing hold at the center and opposed, and a winding shaft made of a plurality of rod-shaped winding shaft structure members for coupling the outsides of the holes of the boards. CONSTITUTION:Two disc-shaped terminal boards 13, 14 are formed with coolant holes 12 at the center and opposed, and the outer peripheries of the holes 12 of the boards 13, 14 are axially coupled with a winding shaft 15. When the coolant is fed from a coolant passage hole 12 into the shaft 15, it contacts superconductive wires 5 exposed on the inner surface of the shaft 15 to cool it. Further, the coolant advances radially in the gap between the adjacent wires 5 in the axial direction to cool the entire wires 5. If the diameters of the holes 12 formed at the terminals 13, 14 are sufficient for flowing the coolant, the cooling efficiency of flowing radially the coolant in the coil can be largely increased.
