PURPOSE:To form a phosphor in a high speed by flowing phosphor muddy liquid in a U-formed valve from its one end and flowing it out from the other end through setting up and keeping respective open ends of plural numbers of U-formed valve down ward and connecting the respective open ends with members each of which has a passage to the liquid. CONSTITUTION:U-formed valves A1-Am are vertically supported by chucks 4 of a long holder 3 with their opening ends facing downward and joint members each of which has a liquid passage C are disposed in series in respective spaces between adjacent valves A, and fixed together to prevent task of liquid by means of packings 5. And phosphor muddy liquid 2 is fed under from the passage C1 of the first joint member Bf1 and is flowed through the respective valves A1-Am, then a phosphor film is formed on the inner face of the respective valves A after the joint member B is removed and dried. Therefore it is possible to apply the phosphor to the U-formed valves in the lump and also to perform mass-produce in a largely reduced time of application 8 phosphor. |
