PURPOSE:To prevent unburned hydrocarbon from obstructing valve slide motion as it sticks to a valve part, by forming a valve body, opening or closing an exhaust port upper part of a two-cycle engine, into such a form as being almost congruous with a cylinder inner surface. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust port 7 being installed in an upper side face of a cylinder 1a of a two-cycle engine is divided into two equal parts 7a and 7b bordering on a reinforcement-combined straightening vane 9, and at an upper part of each exhaust port, there are provided with first and second control valves 101 and 102 opening or closing only a part of the upper side. The cylinder surface side of each valve has a surface 11 of the same form as a cylinder inner surface, and is made into such a form as there is almost nothing of a clearance with a piston it time of piston's vertical motions. A governor 16 being driving by an interlocking shaft 15 of the engine rotates a roller 25, to be fitted in a groove 23, in a R direction as a ball 22 jumped out in time of rotation at high speed, and opens these control valves 101 and 102 by levels 291, 292 and 32, then these valves are closed in time of engine low speed. |
