PURPOSE:To narrow the width of a conductor and to increase the number of windings in a limited area without impairing the reliability on continuity, by superposing a metal leaf on an electro-insulative plastic film or sheet, by rolling same tightly to be integral, and by cutting the rolled material in round slices of prescribed thickness. CONSTITUTION:A metal leaf 2 is superposed on an electro-insulative plastic film or sheet 1, and the superposed leaf and film are rolled tightly to be integral. The rolled material thus prepared is cut in round slices of prescribed thickness, so that a flat coil 3 is obtained. The plastic film or sheet 1 is made of thermosetting or thermoplastic plastic, and the thickness thereof is equivalent to the distance between conductors forming the coil. Therefore the thickness is preferably 2mum or above so as to secure the insulation between conductors. |
