PURPOSE:To prevent thermal breakdown due to a refrigerant shortage or the like from occurring, by installing a fluid transfer sensor in the upstream or the downstream of refrigerant feed pump of a evaporative cooling device, which discriminating an abnormal state in the pump from a signal out of this sensor and an operation signal of the feed pump. CONSTITUTION:A fluid transfer sensor 50 is installed in the downstream of a refrigerant feed pump 14 of a evaporative cooling device. And, a control unit 41 inputs each operation signal out of this sensor 50 and the feed pump 14, and discriminates whether the feed pump 14 normally operates or not from these signals and according to the result, performs what with operating an alarm device and what with setting an auxiliary pump in motion. With this constitution, a refrigerant shortage inside the water jacket due to trouble in the feed pump is preventable from occurring before it happens. |
