PURPOSE:To obtain a saponin component to provide a food good for health and nutrition, having emulsifying action, antioxidant action, pharmacological action, etc. inexpensively and simply, by using soybean hypocotyl as a raw material, extracting it with hot water. CONSTITUTION:1pts.wt. soybean hypocotyl is immersed in preferably 4-10pts.wt. hot water usually in a boiling state for usually 4-10min, to give a saponin substance. |
