PURPOSE:To effectively transmit a signal to a drive circuit of a control element without influence of a noise by using an optical fiber cable for transmitting a control signal to the drive circuit. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 4 compares an output signal 12 from a current controller with an output signal 13 from a reference wave generator, gives a PWM control signal to transistors 16-19 and drives the primary sides of photocouplers 20-23. Drivers 5a-5d control to switch the power transistors 32-35 of a PWM power circuit 6 in response to the secondaryside outputs of the photocouplers 20-23. Thus, the reliability of a controller can be improved. |
