<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a temperature drift, and to obtain a stable oscillation by specifying an electric discharge resistance value for minimizing the temperature drift, and using a discharge resistance having this specified resistance value. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation frequency Tosc of an oscillating circuit by a threshold value of a designated number of Schumitt circuits consisting of a resistance 21 and a capacitor 8 is shown by an expression I (provided that tauD, RO and R denote a delay time required for an inversion, a value of the resistance 21, and a discharge resistance 9, respectively). If it is supposed that a variation term of the delay time tauD due to a temperature can be disregarded, comparing with a variation term of the resistance 9, when the resistance value R of the resistance 9 is determined as shown in an expression II, a variation portion due to a temperature of the oscillation frequency Tosc can be minimized.</p> |
