PURPOSE:To increase withstand voltage by a method wherein a film provided with a window shaped after an electrode is bonded by an adhesive agent to the electrode and a relaying auxiliary terminal made of metal mesh is connected via the window to the electrode by means of a conductive adhesive agent for the creation of reliable insulation against the region surrounding the electrode. CONSTITUTION:One half measured from an end of the length of a film 11 is coated on both sides with an adhesive layer 12 and an electrode window 2 is punched through the half coated with the adhesive layer 12. After application of the film 11 to the electrode, an auxiliary electrode 6 made of metal mesh is tentatively fixed to the adhesive layer 12 on the film 11. The auxiliary electrode 6 serves as connection for a lead 9. |
