PURPOSE:To obtain a valve device both simplifying its constitution and eliminating a leak of fluid, by constituting the valve device such that a valve is controlled by a shape memory alloy and an elastic unit. CONSTITUTION:A shape memory alloy 7, if a temperature of its peripheral fluid exceeds a preset determined value by increasing the temperature of fluid in the first vessel 4, extends to adapt a valve 5, placed in a position as shown by a broken line in the drawing, to a valve seat, preventing the fluid from flowing to the second vessel 3 from the first vessel 4. If the temperature of fluid in the periphery of the shape memory alloy 7 decreases to the predetermined value or less by decreasing the temperature in the first vessel 4, an elastic unit 8, while it compresses the shape memory alloy 7 to be deformed, moves the valve 5 to the position as shown by the broken line in the drawing, opening the valve 5. |
