PURPOSE:To obtain better fitness of a separator and electrolyte by making the separator to be used in a cell containing a negative pole with light metal as an active matter, a positive pole and nonaqueous electrolyte into a polypropylene nonwoven fabric to which plasma-radiation of micro wave is applied. CONSTITUTION:A separator 5 is formed by applying plasma-radiation of micro wave of frequency 13.56KHz to a polypropylene nonwoven fabric by keeping argon in vacuum of 0.1-5.0torr. And the separator is interposed between a positive pole mixture 2 containing manganese dioxide mainly and a negative pole 4 using metal lithium, and electrolyte dissolving lithium perchlorate in a solvent in which ester group propylene carbonate and ether group dimethoxiethane are mixed at a capacity ratio of 70-100:30-0 is used to form a nonaqueous electrolyte cell. Therefore wetting of the separator 5 to ester group solvent is made better to obtain a cell with excellent internal resistance. |
