PURPOSE:To stablize the circulation of machining liquid, by measuring the liquid surface in a machining liquid tank by means of a liquid level gauge and forcibly eject the machining liquid in the machining liquid tank foward the waste liquid tank side by means of a pump equipped between the machining liquid tank and the waste liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:Machining liquid ejected to a machining part drops into a machining liquid tank 10, passes through artificial turf-like material 5, and wire net-like member 4 and flows into a drain 110. When the liquid can not flow into drain 110 and cumulated in the tank 10 over a certain volume on account of larger amount of liquid dropping into the machining liquid tank 10 than that flowing into the drain 110 or clogged net or turf-like material 4, 5 with machining chips etc. and the liquid level rises up to a certain level or more, the float 32 of a liquid level gauge 1 floats upward. Further, when a magnet 35 on the float reaches a position defined in the vicinity of a switch 39, the circuit closes to transmit a signal from a control unit 6. Then, the motor 7 of a pump 2 is operated to forcibly feed out the liquid inside the tank 10 to the waste oil tank. |
