<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device for increasing a transport quantity per one hoistway, rendering different operation service by arranging a plurality of cars in one rope drive system, and having high safety by performing stable operation without applying a large load to a main rope and a hoist. <P>SOLUTION: This elevator device has the main rope 2a, a balance weight 6a, the hoist 3a, and a sheave 4a, and is constituted so as to be capable of mutually lifting respective rope drive systems in a noncontact state by arranging a plurality of rope driving systems for lifting the car 1a in one hoistway 7. The car 1a and the main rope 2a, and the balance weight 6a and the main rope 2a are detachably constituted. The ring-shaped main rope 2a is arranged in a plurality by partially crossing with one hoistway 7, and the car 1a is lifted by moving between the main ropes while being attached to and detached from the main rope. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
