PURPOSE:To obtain a blower apparatus having the superior cooling performance for a motor by forming the blower apparatus installed for air conditioning for car interior into low-noise structure and installing a blower cover having the noise shielding effect for the whole blower apparatus onto a blower case. CONSTITUTION:A blower cover 21 is fixed, surrounding a blower 4, case 1 for accommodating the blower 4, inside/outside air switching box 6, and the outside wall of a driving motor 13, keeping a proper interval. Therefore, when the inside air is introduced, the inhaled air in car interior flows directly into the inside/outside air switching box 6 at an inside-air introducing port 11 on the counter interior side, and flows into the inside/outside air switching box 6, passing through the gap between the blower cover 21 and the side wall of an upper case 2 at the inside-air introducing port 10 on the car interior side and introduced into a blower chamber 5 through a bell mouth part 7, and therefore, noise is not heard by a driver because of the noise shielding effect of the motor cover 21, even if the noise shielding effect of an instrument panel of a car and an under cover 24 is eliminated. Further, when the outside air is to be introduced, the similar sound shielding effect to the case where the blower case 1 is formed into double structure can be obtained. |
