摘要

Prodn. of N-acyl-L-proline derivs. of formula (I) is effected by (a) acylating a proline trimethylailyl ester of formula (II) with a reactive deriv. of a carboxylic acid of formula (III) in the presence of an inert solvent and an acid binder, (b) hydrolysing the prod. (IV) with H2O. R1 and R2 = h or 1-4C alkyl; x = halogen.
