PURPOSE:To make connecting operation to a communication circuit easily and surely by indicating complicated procedures at the time of connecting an information terminal equipment and a communication circuit in an information transmission system on a display picture according to operation procedures. CONSTITUTION:On a receiving state detection output of telephone sets 13 and telephone circuits L1, L2 of detecting circuits 33-38, a terminal controlling circuit 21 gives an address that reads out process to be operated next in a message memory 39 in which various procedures to be operated are stored, and a display controlling circuit 23 displays operation procedures in a CRT 24. Further, the terminal controlling circuit 21 makes switching control of a off-hook relay 30, and a gate circuit 40 makes switching control of a switching relay 14 based on a state detection output and control output of the terminal controlling circuit 21.
