PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a metal die by setting up the weight relating to the wear of a metal die according to the plate thickness, quality, etc. of a material and by finding the number of a metal die using times based on the number of hitting times of metal die and said weight. CONSTITUTION:The weight Wa for the quality of the material to be worked is made in a co-efficient by making an ordinary steel as one, etc. The weight Wc for the sort of work is determined as one, etc. in case of a single punch. The weight for plate thickness is decided as one for 1.6mm and two for 6.0mm, etc. as well. When the tape 7 recording the weights, Wa, Wb is inputted into an input processing part 59 an arithmetic process part 61 records in a modal table 69a with analyzing it. The weight Wc is registered in a parameter 69b. An NC controlled output part 63 calculates the number of metal die hitting times and adds it to the table 69c. With said method the number of using times relating to the metal die wear can be detected correctly by the NC device itself. Consequently the life of metal die is extended. |
