APPARATUS FOR MAKING BREND DOUGH IN THE FORM OF CONTINUOUS PROCESS

Dough is continuously discharged from an appts. to form a strip. The appts. includes a hopper and a conveyor forming at least part of the floor of the hopper. A dough discharge gap is formed between the conveyor and the bottom of a side wall of the hopper. A dough cutter extends along the top of the discharge gap, pointing in the upstream direction of the conveyor to continuously separate the discharged dough from the remaining dough in the hopper. The resulting dough strip is uniform in thickness.
