PURPOSE:To improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency by equally setting the outputs of photovoltaic elements of series connection type, and then connecting in parallel at the insulating surface of a substrate, thereby not neces sarily receiving a current restriction even if current values generated by the unit generating films of the elements are different. CONSTITUTION:The second photovoltaic element 4 is formed in 6-stage series connecting structure that the six second unit generating films 9a-9f of 0.2V of operating output voltage are connected in series to obtainsubstantially the same output voltage as the output voltage of the first photovoltaic element 2 of 5-stage series connection type. The 5-stage series connection type first photovoltaic element 2 laminated through a light transmission insulating film3 is electrically connected in parallel by the element 4 and extending both electric ends 15, 16 of the element 4 of the same polarity on the both ends 13l, 14 of the element 2 exposed from the film 3 on the insulating surface of the substrate 1. |
