<p>1-(4,6-di-A-NH-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl) -R2-substd-polymethylene-imines of formula (I) and their acid addition salts are new (where A=opt. branched, 3-5C hydrocarbyl, which opt. contains 1 or 2 double bonds and is opt. substd. by one or more hydroxy gps; n=0,1 or 2; Z=O or NH; R=-CO-R' or -SO2-R''; R'=a) opt. branched 1-6C hydrocarbyl, opt. contg. on O or S atom or a double bond and opt. substd. by phenyl (opt. substd. by one or more halo or 1-5C alkoxy gps. or by -O-(CH2)m-O- (where m=1,2 or 3), b) phenyl (opt. substd. as above), c) furyl, thienyl, benzofuryl, benzothienyl or benzodioxanyl or d) -NR, R2 (where R1, R2 independently=H or 1-6C alkyl or together with the N atom form a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic, opt. containing O atom) and R''= opt. branched, 1-3C alkyl or phenyl). - Specifically claimed are 1-(4,6-bis-allylamino -S-triazin-2-yl) -4-acetoxy -piperidine(Cpd A) and its fumarate and 1-(4,6-bis-allylamino -s-triazin-2-yl) -4-acetamido-piperidine.</p> |
