PURPOSE:To form a one-component toner which satisfies density, fogging and running life by mixing a magnetic substance of a wire, and making the magnetic flux directions of the toner uniform. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic fine powder is not used for a magnetic substance, a magnetic metal of a wire is adopted, and a magnetic force of a one-component toner is operated effectively in one direction. On a sleeve 1, this one component toner 2 is arranged in the lengthwise direction of a wire magnetic metal 3, namely, in the magnetic flux direction of a magnet roll 4, and a tuft rise is formed. In this case, the one-component toner 2 is arranged regularly by a magnetic force of a permanent magnet of the magnet roll 4, and as it approaches the sleeve 1, a strong tuft rise such as a two-component development is formed, and a magnetic brush for maintaining the density enough is formed. The toner 4 of the tuft tip adheres to a latent image part of a photosensitive body 5 as a magnetic flux of the magnetic metallic rod 3 is attenuated, and the development is completed. During this time, the toner 2 is scattered by a centrifugal force by rotation of the sleeve 1, and no fog is caused. |
