A residual misconvergence is corrected by a dynamic convergence- correction device disposed between a self-convergence deflection yoke and a static convergence correction magnet assembly, which are both mounted on the neck portion of the CRT tube. The assembly comprises a non-magnetic support member, eight coil assemblies having cores fixedly disposed on the support member concentric to the tube axis with mutual circumferential spacings, and coils wound on the cores.
