BRAKE LIQUID PRESSURE MULTIPLIER

PURPOSE:To shorten the overall length of brake liquid pressure multiplier by fitting the power cylinder into the housing of master cylinder and interlocking with the piston of master cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Power piston 12 is fitted slidably into a hole 10 made in the housing 8 of master cylinder B while maintaining liquid-tightness through seal member 11. The power piston 12 is interlocked with a piston 13 of master cylinder B through a rod 15 fitted to the shaft section 14 integral with said piston 13. The piston 13 is provided with a seal member 18 for partitioning between a front primary chamber 19 and rear secondary chamber 20. The seal member 11 can be utilized as the seal member for the secondary chamber 20.
