PURPOSE:To cope sufficiently with an excess output current by connecting an emitter of the 2nd transistor (TR) to a collector of a TR of a PP coupling circuit and connecting a current mirror circuit to a base of the other TR. CONSTITUTION:The output circuit consists of an input section comprising a coupling capacitor 1, a resistor 2 and a voltage source 3 forming a bias power supply, an input section comprising a current source 4, TRS 5, 6 and a current source 7, and an output section comprising TRs 8, 9. Then an emitter of a TR13 of common collector connection is connected to a collector of a TR9 and a TR11 and a diode 12 constitute a current mirror circuit. When a load Z0 is connected via a coupling capacitor 10, an absorbing current I1 flows at output voltage Vout<0, and a supply current I2 flows at Vout>0. Then the base current of the TR9 is compensated by a base current of a TR13 through a couple of current mirror circuits to cope with an excess output current. |
