<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of heat radiation, power supply and remaining hot water by controlling the hot water apparatus so that an appropriate amount of water is boiled up from the actual result of hot water used in the past, and computing beforehand a net time of power supply to a heating element to start the power supply at a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION:Based on the detection signals of remaining hot water amount sensors 9a-9c is discriminated the remaining hot water amount by remaining hot water amount discriminating means 10. On the other hand, in accordance with the input signal from maximum capacity setting means 12, the maximum boiling up target temperature is set or the quantity of power and the boil-up temperature required on the following day read out from memory means 16 are set. Based on this result, a detection signal of supply water and the result at the remaining hot water starting time 10, a time required for a net power supply and a hot water supply starting time are computed, and a heating element 2 is controlled by control means 15. After completion of the boiling up, the hot water temperature, the net power supply time and the remaining hot water amount are stored in memory means 16.</p> |
