PURPOSE:To form a secure adhesive part and to obviate giving an electrical fault to the materials to be soldered in an electrical soldering iron tip by fitting a ceramics having two projecting ends between the soldering part and the heating part and performing metallized welding. CONSTITUTION:A ceramics 2 consisting of Al2O3 or ZrO2 or the like and having a projecting end shape 4 at both ends is fitted between an electrical soldering iron tip 1 having a recessed end and heating part 1b. The fitting part 4 is joined by metallized joining of a hydrogen compd. method, etc. The stress arising from the difference in thermal expansion between both is decreased as said stress is absorbed by the wide contact area formed of the thickness of the metallized layer and the joining into a projecting shape. The secure joint is thus obtained at all times. The ceramics 2 transmits well the heat but is an electrically non-conductor, and since the ceramics shuts off the electrification charge by electrostatic capacity, the ceramics does not give any electrical fault on the materials to be soldered. |
