PURPOSE:To realize cooling of a rotor in a circular section type nozzle chamber by fitting a flow separator on the inner peripheral side of said nozzle chamber. CONSTITUTION:A low separator 43 is fitted on the inner peripheral part of a circular section type nozzle chamber 41 by means of a bolt. A seal fin 48 and a seal fin 50 are provided respectively in the nozzle chamber 41 and the flow separator 43. High temperature steam 53, leaking from the seal fin 48 between a rotor and the nozzle chamber 41, is bypassed flowing between the nozzle chamber 41 and the flow separator 43. On the other hand, after flowing through a pumping hole 52, low temperature steam 54 flows between the flow separator 43 and the rotor 49, which is thus cooled. Due to this structure, cooling of the rotor is realized even in the circular section type nozzle chamber. |
