PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic having adhesivity to the skin and wetting touch, containing collagen coated powder obtained by coating powder for makeup cosmetic with collagen or its derivative, drying the coated powder at <=a specific temperature, as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:Powder useful for makeup cosmetic is coated with collagen and/or a collagen derivative, and dried at <=37 deg.C to give collagen coated powder, which as an active ingredient is added to makeup cosmetic. The collagen used includes natural solubilized collagen directly extracted from bond tissue of young animal skin, or water-soluble collagen which is obtained by treating collagen at an animal dermal part with a protease, solubilizing and purifying it, and the collagen derivative includes succinated collagen obtained by treating aftercollagen with succinic acid. An amount of the collagen to coat the powder is preferably 1.0-0.1wt% based on the powder. |
