The invention relates to a biological outer wall and roof element system for prefabricated houses, as well as solid houses, which connects the ventilation of the buildings (dwellings) to the heating or cooling of the house in the form of a hypocaust heating system (hypocaust cooling system) such that not only does a constant, temperature-controlled and draught-free airstream flow through the interior of the house, but also the inner floor, outer wall and roof surfaces serve as low-temperature heating surfaces. The through-flow is obtained either by respiratory ventilation in two phases (subatmospheric and superatmospheric pressure) with the outer wall and roof heat-insulating layers simultaneously acting as regenerative heat storage and exchanger surfaces, or by pore ventilation in one phase. In place of the heat-exchanger surfaces in the roof heat insulation, the heat is substantially recovered from the outgoing air by means of a cross-shaped heat exchanger and a heat pump system (for example air/water). This heat energy is then continuously re-supplied to the mixing zone, in the hypocaust wall and roof surfaces, in which pre-heated fresh air coming from outside is heated up. Advantage: optimum, and up until now unobtainable, saving of heat energy and ideal room air conditions as a result of the hypocaust heating system (cooling system) with constant, temperature-controlled and draught-free fresh-air supply.
