PURPOSE:To increase a charge transfer efficiency and to accelerate a copy speed by providing a photosensitive layer contg. as a charge transfer substance, at least one kind of a hydrazone compd. shown by the specific formula on a supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic sensitive body is formed by providing the photosensitive layer composed of a binding agent and the hydrazone compd. shown by the formula I [wherein two groups selected from among R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are a substd. group of the formula II (R6, R7, R8, R9, and R10 are an alkyl, an aralkyl, an aryl group and a heterocyclic ring residue) and the remainder groups except the groups of the formula II are a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, an aralkyl, an alkoxy groups and a halogen atom] on the conductive supporting body. The above-described binding agent comprises a phenolic resin, a polyester resin, a vinylacetate resin and a polycarbonate resin etc. |
