<p>PURPOSE:To improve the waterproofness of the titled stabilizer by a method wherein a compound is injected using a bottomed cylinder case having a hole on the upper side wall in such a manner that the injecting face intersects with the hole, thereby enabling to prevent the collection of water on the surface of injection of the compound. CONSTITUTION:A long and narrow hole 4 is punched at the upper part of the side walls 1b and 1d of a blank material for case plate, and the hole 4 is blocked up with a punched out piece 4a, the plate 1 is wound around in square cylinder shape, and a case 5 is formed. A bottom plate 6 is attached airtightly, a stabilizer element 7 is placed in the case 5, and a polyester resin compound 8 is injected. At the point of time when the face 8a of the compound intersects with the hole 4, the injection of the compound is stopped, and after the compound 8 is hardened, the punched out piece 4a is removed. As a result, even when water is splashed on the surface of the compound, it is discharged from the hole quickly, and no water is collected thereon.</p> |
