PURPOSE:To improve an S/N of a conversion signal, by a method wherein a diode is connected between a terminal at an applying side of a photoelectric conversion element and an applying means, and a resistance between the terminal at the applying end of the photoelectric conversion element and a reference potential. CONSTITUTION:A frequency divider 3 is actuated by means of a clocl pulse of a clock input terminal 1 and a pulse of a start pulse of a start pulse input terminal 2, sequential shift pulses a-d are outputted via decoder 5, and are inputted to each analogue switch 6 to obtain a time system photoelectric conversion signal e at a terminal of a resistance. An output f of a frequency divider 3 and start pulse are inputted to a frequency divider 4, and drive transistors 8-10 via a decoder 7. In order to provide a photo sensor array 18 with a voltage based on an OV, diodes 19 and 20 are placed at an output terminal of each transistor, and the output is inputted to input terminals 1c and 2c of the array 18. At the terminals 1c and 2c, resistance 21 and 22 for preventing a creeping current are earthed to the OV. This constitution permits the improvement of S/N of a conversion signal. |
